      We believe that the mission and goal of Scouting is to help young boys grow into proud, happy, productive young men with good morals and values. Although Scouting is a faith based, educational program that leads by example, directs by participation, and guides by experience it remains moreover a personal challenge to each young man to become the best he can be morally, physically, and mentally. It gives each young man the skills he needs to achieve success in the world today. Scouting also helps young men to learn to give back to the community and those less fortunate. The journey, the experience, the lessons learned in Scouting, and the imprint it makes will stay with him forever.
