Bringing outdoor adventures, challenge courses, leadership development opportunities and more indoors at the Twin Cities largest urban adventure course right here in our backyard.  Northern Star Council owns and operates the Everest Base Camp located at historic Fort Snelling in the old cavalry drill hall.  Cub Scout Pack 487 along with other Scouts and area youth participate in Blue and Gold Banquets, ropes courses, archery, games, and team building activities which build on the value of Scouting, character development, and having FUN.  After seeing the wonderful Base Camp facility, you might be wondering what's next for Northern Star Council? The answer is The Leadership Center, our newest program facility - Opening Fall of 2017!
